Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between oc999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who registers for, accesses, or uses any part of the oc999 platform at oc999.org. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.
By creating an account on oc999, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise engaging with the platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. oc999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

BDT Payments Only
All account transactions on oc999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported Bangladeshi bank accounts.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms at the time the bonus is claimed.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your oc999 login credentials. oc999 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials confidential.
Fair Play Policy

1. Eligibility
IMPORTANT: The oc999 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by any person under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited.
To be eligible to register and use oc999, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

2. Account Registration and Verification
To access the full range of features available on oc999 — including the ability to make deposits, place bets, claim bonuses, and request withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about yourself. oc999 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, oc999 may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle. These may include a government-issued national ID, passport, or other documents sufficient to confirm your identity and age. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawal funds pending compliance.
Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on oc999. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether by shared device, shared payment method, shared IP address, or other means — oc999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold funds that were acquired through the exploitation of multiple accounts.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oc999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You must notify oc999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. oc999 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including but not limited to name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment account details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on oc999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). oc999 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank accounts. oc999 does not accept third-party payments — the name on your oc999 account must match the name on the payment account used for deposits and withdrawals.
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your oc999 account balance instantly under normal operating conditions. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section and may be adjusted by oc999 from time to time. oc999 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes in most cases during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). oc999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that are registered in the same name as your oc999 account. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are detailed in the cashier section.
oc999 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all financial transactions. oc999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player at any time. Where suspicious transaction activity is identified, oc999 may suspend withdrawal access, freeze account balances, and report the activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Funds that are deposited solely for the purpose of withdrawal without genuine gameplay activity will be treated as suspicious and may be refused.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time, oc999 offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentive schemes to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific bonus terms published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
All bonuses credited to your oc999 account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, minimum bet size, maximum bet size per round while a bonus is active, eligible game contributions, and expiry period are specified in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements have been met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
oc999 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using betting patterns that have no entertainment value and are designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, oc999 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel all associated winnings, and close the account.
oc999 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at any time without providing a reason. Promotions are available only to players who have completed the full account verification process. Promotions may be restricted to players from specific regions or to players who have not previously participated in the same promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible player once only.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through oc999, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other game type available on the platform:
- All bets placed on oc999 are final once confirmed. oc999 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described in the individual game or sport rules.
- In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, oc999 will use its best reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and resolve the outcome fairly. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, oc999 reserves the right to void the round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.
- Maximum winnings per bet or per game session may be capped. Where applicable, maximum win limits are displayed in the relevant game or promotion information. Winnings that exceed any applicable cap may be reduced to the capped amount at oc999's discretion.
- oc999 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming transaction where there is reasonable evidence of system exploitation, use of prohibited software, or other unfair advantage. In such cases, staked funds may also be forfeited.
6. Responsible Gaming

7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on oc999 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. oc999 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate — including immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds — against any player found to have engaged in prohibited activities:
- Using any software, robot, spider, data scraper, or automated system to interact with the platform in a manner not intended by oc999.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer games, poker variants, or any multiplayer game format available on the platform.
- Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal purpose.
- Registering using false identity information or impersonating another person.
- Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability on the platform to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a technical error must be reported to oc999 support immediately; failure to report and any retention of such winnings constitutes fraud.
8. Suspension and Termination
oc999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or criminal purposes; (c) the player is not eligible to use the platform; (d) continued operation of the account presents a risk to oc999, to other players, or to the integrity of the platform.
Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds where wagering requirements remain unmet) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. oc999 shall not be liable for any loss of earnings, profits, or other indirect loss arising from account suspension or closure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oc999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any service provided through it. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.
oc999 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond oc999's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. oc999 will use reasonable efforts to minimise any such downtime and will notify players in advance where practicable.
10. Amendments to These Terms
oc999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, oc999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between you and oc999, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. oc999 aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal complaint submitted in writing to [email protected]. oc999 does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
